Difficulties paying your rent
If you’ve been affected by coronavirus and are struggling to pay your rent, we’re here to help. Please get in touch with us. Our ‘connect’ contact service is now equipped to work from home.
 
Repairs Service
As an extension to our ‘emergency plus’ service and undertaking all urgent repairs, from 22 June 2020 we recommenced taking routine repair requests from tenants, making appointments from the end of June to allow time to mobilise. Where it is safe to do so, we are also undertaking external repairs that do not require our technicians to enter the property.

Here is a list of community support services which you may find helpful if you are in need during the Coronavirus outbreak. They include foodbanks and delivery services, mental health support, general advice and local Facebook groups you can join.

 
Domestic abuse during the COVID-19 outbreak
Increased tension in the household during self-isolation, coupled with the fact that victims of domestic abuse stay inside with their perpetrators, has led to an increase in cases of domestic abuse. We have pulled together some resources for victims and survivors of domestic abuse during the coronavirus outbreak.

As social distancing and staying at home is becoming the new normal for many of us, why don't you try to access our services online. Tenants can register today and gain access to tenancy details, rent and repairs 24/7. Registration is simple and automated so tenants can sign up any time.
 
NHS test and trace service
The NHS have introduced this service to help return life more to normal, in a way that is safe and protects our NHS and social care. The NHS test and trace service will help to control the rate of reproduction (R), reduce the spread of the infection and save lives.
