Pathway Worker Nights 22 hours 2 nights per week

The social mission of Threshold is to actively work with homeless and vulnerable people to support them to achieve greater independence and improved wellbeing.

Threshold runs the women’s refuge element of Bridges, a New Charter-led service in Tameside helping people experiencing domestic abuse.  We now have the following opportunity available:-

Pathway Worker Nights • 22 hours 2 nights per week• REF: TH138

The spot salary is £17,190 per annum (£6,876 pro rata for part-time hours)

A Threshold Pathway Night Worker works as part of a team providing housing related support, motivation, information and advice to customers. The role works side by side with Customer Support Workers and partnership colleagues to ensure that high quality, inspirational and motivational housing and support services are provided.

Night Workers take the lead implementing night security systems, ensuring overall safety and security of the service. They ensure effective exchanges of information with team members and day staff.

This role will be predominantly based in Tameside but the successful candidate on occasions support the refuge in Oldham

This position will require the successful candidate to work on a rota basis. This will require you to work hours that include evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
