Post Apprentice Customer Advisor

Salary:  National Minimum wage for your age.

Ref: JHG23

Fixed Term for 2 years.

35 hours per week.


Our customers are at the heart of everything we do.  These roles are based within the Customer Connect Centre and will provide a first line response to customer queries and requests for service.

We are looking for people who are self-motivated and able to provide a high quality service to our customers.  You must have experience of working in a customer service environment with excellent communication skills and an ability to work under pressure.

We’re also looking for people who can embrace innovation and bring new ideas and creativity on our journey as being a centre of excellence.
