We have listened to your feedback and have recently put a new system in place to improve the service we offer. You will have to re-register to access the new system, which you can do at the link below.
Once you have registered, in the interest of protecting your account we will send you a username through the post to your registered contact address. This is to ensure your information remains secure.
Every 3 months you will receive a statement of your rent account, which gives details of your rent and service charges, payments received by yourself or housing benefit and your rent account balance.
