You can contact us in a number of ways.

Our Connect team is here to help you with any enquiries.  The team can:

  • Deal with repairs and servicing requests
  • Provide information about renting one of our homes or about a current application
  • Discuss any aspect of your tenancy
  • Support you in reporting anti-social behaviour
  • Provide switchboard assistance

The team are available to take calls at the following times:

Monday - Wednesday 8.30 a.m. - 5.00 p.m.

Thursday 8.30 a.m. - 4.30 p.m.

Fridays 8.30 a.m. - 4.00 p.m.

Out of Hours service

Our Connect Out of Hours team is here to deal with emergency repairs at all times other than those listed above.  The team can only deal with genuine emergencies where there is an immediate problem in your home that needs to be addressed.  Our specialist staff will take the details of the emergency and decide on the best course of action.

Automated rent payment line (24 hours)

0161 331 2224 

Using your payment reference number (which can be found on your rent statement) you can now pay your rent 24 hours a day.  This easy to use service puts you in control of when you pay your rent.
