Out of Hours service
Our Connect Out of Hours team is here to deal with emergency repairs at all times other than those listed above. The team can only deal with genuine emergencies where there is an immediate problem in your home that needs to be addressed. Our specialist staff will take the details of the emergency and decide on the best course of action.

Using your payment reference number (which can be found on your rent statement) you can now pay your rent 24 hours a day. This easy to use service puts you in control of when you pay your rent.
